Contract and prepayment terms
following the completion of the cost assessment, a prepayment amounting to 50% of the total project value is required. This initial payment is for the detailed layout work related to either facilities within a residential complex or for a specific villa/country house project

Paying 30% of the project value
after final approval of the design project for all rooms, a payment equivalent to 30% of the project value is required
Creation of drawings for all rooms
after the design receives final approval, a comprehensive set of renovation drawings is prepared. For projects under design supervision, these drawings are provided to the master builder in phases, allowing for adjustments as renovation progresses. The final installment—20% of the project's value—is due upon completion of this stage
